I had plumbers come out four times. There was nothing wrong with my toilet until i let them change the flange and wax ring. I originally called them because my other bathroom the flange was rusted out. So when they fixed that we talked about just doing the other bathroom too because it was old also.. It was a little rusted but he went and changed it all. That's when my toilet started leaking at bottom. They came out three more times and changed the wax ring. They never lifted toilet all the way up. One plumber would pick up high enough for the other plumber would slip a new wax ring. I told them they needed to check flange out but they wouldn't. They said they need to jack hammer my floor and put in new pipes. Thats when I decided I need another plumber. I called Mullins. Dalton came out and as I watched him lift toilet and sit to side. It was an awful mess. Wax everywhere and the flange was cracked up. They did nit secure it down. Dalton did the job promptly and cleaned up all the old wax. Inserted and secured flange down. New wax ring. I ✋️ a week before I used toilet to let floor dry out. I've been using it now for a few days. Thank God it was dry. It appears the leak was fixed. Dalton was a pleasure to be around. He was professional. Thank you Dalton for doing the job correctly. It was expensive but it was done right. I dont have to worry about the toilet leaking anymore. I give advice five star rating.

This young gentleman was so polite and he even wore a little booties on his feet so I didn’t drag the dirt in the house that was so so nice of him…. He did a great job didn’t make a mess and he was extremely fast and I’m very thankful. He did a great job.! Give him a raise!!!!! 🥰

I pay them monthly to care for my aerator septic tank. They keep their appointed assignments to check it at the proper scheduled time. The company I had before would miss some scheduled times and I would have to call them, but Mullin is always on top of it. When I have had an extra situation to appear and I call them, they come out right away to take care of the issues. One time the system went out and if I had not been paying the monthly fee it would have been very costly for me. They do good honest service and always email the report when they service my septic system.
